Shipping and Refund Policy

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Unless specified otherwise, your order will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. 

You can see the shipping cost for your item in the checkout once you enter your address. Within Germany, we offer free domestic shipping for most of our products.

Please note Maryam Keyhani is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on shipments.

All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they ship.  Each piece is estimated to ship within the time window specified on its respective product page.

We ship items from Germany or Canada, and state on the product page where the item will ship from. All made-per-order pieces are sent from Canada. If you have questions about where an item will ship from, please write us at sales@maryamkeyhani.com.

Please note that certain pieces may have different shipping windows, and all ship windows specified on our site are estimates. If you wish to check on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@maryamkeyhani.com.


Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@maryamkeyhani.com first. We are able to email you the return/exchange shipping instructions.

Items must be shipped back within 21 days of your purchase. Once your return is accepted, we will send you shipping instructions. Sender is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

  • With regards to refunds please note:
  • The cost of any customs duties paid to return the item will be deducted from the refund amount. We will send you the customs duty receipt/proof.
  • Cost of shipping the original item to customer (as stated at purchase) will be deducted from the refund amount. For items that include shipping, we provide the shipping receipt.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once it is ok'd, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending on the country in which you reside. Maryam Keyhani is not responsible for payment of this duty.

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
