Refund Policy

 We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at first. We are able to email you a return/exchange shipping label.

Items must be shipped back within 21 days of your purchase. Once your return is accepted, we will send you shipping instructions. Sender is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cost of any customs duties paid to return the item will be deducted from the refund amount. Cost of shipping the original item to customer (as stated at purchase) will be deducted from the refund amount. For items that include shipping, we provide the shipping receipt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Maryam Keyhani is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Shipping Policy

All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Unless specified otherwise, all orders are shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. Certain objects require special shipping arrangements.  We are happy to assist our customers with such shipping arrangements prior to purchase. Please email with any inquiries.

All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they ship.  Each piece is estimated to ship within the ship window specified on its respective product page, and all ship windows are measured from the next business day after an order is placed.  Please note that certain pieces may have different ship windows, and all ship windows specified are estimates only.  While we aim to ship your order within the stated ship windows, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions.
